The ideal candidate will work with a team of developers and Project Manager to drive the software development delivery of one of the business platforms. He/she must be self-motivated and have strong communications skills with ability to multi-task. Responsibilities Work with business owners and analysts to get an understanding of the business requirements to develop new user-facing features for business applications Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Monitor and follow up on UAT defects/blockers raised and ensure closure Optimize application for maximum performance, speed and scalability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business application systems/software development including SDLC usage in financial domain Expertise in Java, JavaScript and front-end software development based on Spring framework Experience in Web Components, Database and CICD tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube etc) Experience in working on AWS Services Good end-to-end knowledge of financial services would be an added advantage
