Job Responsibilities:
Develop new application software.
Implement fixes and enhancements for existing applications.
Manage and resolve application issues, provide updates, and conduct root cause analysis.
Monitor and respond to alerts related to application and system services.
Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support to the Helpdesk for CCN products.
Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis for software issues and alerts.
Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in the following areas: C#.NET
WCF / Web API
React JS & Angular
JavaScript / TypeScript
JSON & XML technologies
MS SQL Server 2016 or higher
Object-oriented design principles
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile Scrum Development Methodology
Knowledge of container development
Familiarity with DevOps practices
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
