We are seeking a talented and ambitious full-stack engineer to join our growing technical team (currently three engineers). In this role you will: Collaborate with the founding team to design and build software across the stack Contribute your great sense of design by translating mockups into user experiences that delight Work with the Head of Engineering and Data Science to shape product and development roadmaps to balance technical debt and feature delivery Share in building a technical community that promotes curiosity and innovation What you bring 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full-stack engineer with major contributions to front-end features Experience with technologies we’re using: Python & Django, Postgres, HTMX, Alpine.js, and TailwindCSS Proficiency with devops infrastructure and tooling: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and logging and monitoring tools A solid understanding of the full web development life cycle What we offer A chance to use your technical skills to improve our food and agriculture system A passionate and supportive team eager to learn from each other and our customers Opportunity to join our ambitious venture at a very early stage Competitive salary, equity options, healthcare + FSA, commuter benefits, company-sponsored gym access at our office, and 401k program Compensation Range: $110K - $190K
