Key Responsibilities: · Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of IT services · Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services · Manage change request, service request and production support issues and ensure service levels are met · Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives · Review post production issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures · Plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches · Manage the verification of software patches and upgrades for applications · Measure, monitor and continuously improve performances of IT service The Talent: · Bachelor or higher Degree in IT or equivalent · At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows operating environments · Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment · Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors · Knowledge of web languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript) · Experience with .NET Core · Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers (e.g. IIS,WebSphere Application Server) · Prior experience working as a Systems Analyst for a Government organization will be a big plus · Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technology · Strong communication skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required · Possess strong information acquisition, analytical and problem solving skills · Good organization skills and able to work with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
