We’re looking for a software engineer to join our team and help set the foundations of the company. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining different systems from the ground up including our protocol, AI training, cryptoeconomics mechanisms, and our customer facing tools.

You will:

• Design, build, and maintain our protocol for training and fine-tuning AI models
• Develop the our node
• Design and implement customer facing tools such as our CLI and web UI
• Research and develop frameworks to train AI models
• Build, test, debug, and deploy large-scale decentralized systems across thousands of nodes
• Own projects end-to-end, from requirements, scoping, design, to implementation, in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• You have 3+ years of software engineering experience
• You have designed, built, and scaled production systems
• You have strong communication and collaboration abilities
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• You write high quality and well tested code
• You have experience working with a cloud-native tech stack (e.g AWS/GCP)

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Contributions to open source projects
• Experience in designing distributed systems with low latency and high availability
• Knowledge of blockchain systems
