Les missions du poste Job Description Implement the core features of the data loggers and controllers. Develop and test software solutions. Perform peer code reviews. Provide support to other teams and solve their inquiries. The main activities are : - Responsible for the predictability and quality of the core features (everything apart from the EMS behavior and the user interface), - Implement and tests features according to given specifications, with focus on the quality and reliability of the produced work, - Peer review of the work done by other team members to ensure no conflicts, high quality and knowledge sharing, - Actively participate in the team organization and contribute in all the rituals to ensure continuous improvement of its efficiency. Le profil recherché Preferred Experience - Minimum education level : Master's degree in software engineering (software architecture, database, concurrency, inter-process communication, network), - First experience with C++ (11 or higher), Python3 and VCS git, - Experience with Linux operating system interaction via command line, - Fluency in French and English spoken and written. - Knowledge related to power electronics, photovoltaic energy production and battery energy storage, - Ability to discuss technical choices in a cooperative manner, focusing on efficient and precise communication, - Pro-activity in opening discussion with other team members, even in remote work conditions, - Curious and autonomous in finding the information the job requires, seeking the highest autonomy without losing team efficiency, - Positive attitude towards complex challenges, with a mind-set for continuous improvement.
