Customize BMC Helix AR System/ITSM solutions (not Remedy administration). Write and execute SQL queries and implement automation using Bash or Python scripts. Work in a Linux environment, ensuring seamless operation and integration. Must-Haves: 7+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in BMC Helix DWP Advance catalog workflow design. Experience in designing integrations with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of BMC Helix AR System/ITSM Development.
