Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: · Designing and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs. · Working both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency. · Design, code, and optimize E2Open applications to enhance supply chain operations and integrate with enterprise systems. · Configure and deploy E2Open solutions to align with business needs, ensuring optimal system performance. Customize workflows and settings to enhance operational efficiency. · Identify and fix bugs, and integration problems within the E2Open platform to ensure system reliability. · Working with engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements. · Analyze data to uncover trends and insights, providing detailed reports to guide strategic decision-making. · Troubleshoot technical issues on the E2Open platform, ensuring smooth system functionality. · Resolve platform-related problems promptly to maintain operational efficiency. · Continuously improve and update E2Open software by incorporating new features, security patches, and performance optimizations. · Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on E2Open functionalities. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance user experience and efficiency. Required Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proven 5+ years of experience with E2Open or similar supply chain management software. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Familiarity with supply chain best practices and methodologies. · Experience in data analysis and reporting tools. · Project management experience is a plus.
