Title: Software Engineer III

Compensation: $68.00 - $80.00/hr

Skillset / Experience:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III with 5+ years of experience to support a suite of tools addressing global operational challenges. This role focuses on building and maintaining technical solutions, with an emphasis on Salesforce development, liaising with internal teams, and driving strategic improvements to internal tools.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the functionality and security of internal tools, including Salesforce and custom solutions.
• Lead strategic projects to address global operational challenges, including requirement documentation, project planning, and execution.
• Act as a liaison with the Engineering team for technical support and troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to technical issues when escalated beyond Enterprise Engineering.
• Conduct quarterly audits of tools and prioritize monthly change requests.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and internal tool updates to drive improvements.
• Write and manage database descriptions and direct coding specifications as needed.
• Collaborate with the Tooling team for ongoing and project-based initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to delivery.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to align technical requirements, draft clear documentation, and deliver solutions.
• Solutions-oriented with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working with global teams and flexibility with time zones.
• Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and development tools such as SQL and VisualBasic.

Bonus Skills:

• Mentoring experience and ability to provide constructive feedback.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
