Software Engineer - Enterprise Process Solutions Do you have a passion for developing cutting-edge applications and solving complex challenges? Join our dynamic Enterprise Process Solutions team as a Software Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to support critical business processes. What You'll Do:
Develop & Design: Build scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, AngularJS, and cutting-edge technologies. Utilize platform tools like Flow Designer and Agent Workspace to bring innovative solutions to life.
Technical Transformation: Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs, creating actionable development tasks and impactful solutions.
Standards & Consistency: Define and uphold implementation standards for ServiceNow to ensure applications are robust, consistent, and highly supportable.
Integrations & Automation: Streamline processes using ServiceNow Orchestration, REST web services, and Integration Hub, delivering seamless automation and integration.
Knowledge Sharing: Document processes and provide internal training to empower the team and elevate collective expertise.
Support Excellence: Be ready to work outside normal business hours when necessary, offering critical support for high-profile issues or time-sensitive deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields, OR equivalent experience. Minimum 2+ years in JavaScript development and software solution creation. Familiarity with managing ServiceNow or equivalent cloud platforms in a large, complex enterprise.
Technical Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and recognizing general coding patterns. Proficiency in Agile and scrum development methodologies.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and iterative improvement. Ability to facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders and brief senior management on technical matters.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with the ability to shift priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
