Job Description We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented software developer to join a talented team of product marketers, software developers, and designers. As a developer a developer at clikkle, you will support the delivery of a robust roadmap of new consumer facing product launches and feature enhancements. We are looking for a Co-op student who is creative and resourceful. You will be part of a fast-paced dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the front-end and UX/UI design teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Architect and implement scalable and efficient server-side components using Node.js and Express.js. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality. Design and maintain Mongo DB database schemas, indexes, and data access layers. Implement user authentication and authorization systems using industry best practices and security protocols. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Stay updated with the latest backend technologies, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. some experience is required. Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a focus on React.js Frontend experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Micro frontend design must be strong mean while only UX/UI Design knowledge should be fine. Backend experience with JavaScript, Typescript should be strong meanwhile just knowledge of Nest.js, Microservices design pattern and Distributed systems should be good. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Strong expertise in server-side development using Node.js, Express.js, and related backend understanding of database technologies, particularly Mongo DB, and experience with data modelling and optimization. Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development, including authentication and authorization mechanisms. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git and agile development methodologies. Available for a 12-week full-time internship program Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
