• Work closely with product managers and fellow developers to build and continuously enhance our application

• Give and receive constructive feedback through code reviews

• Challenge the status quo and proactively identify areas for improvement

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code with a passion for continuous learning

• Help improve our engineering standards, tools, and processes

• Residence and work permit in Germany

• Fluency in German or English (minimum C1 level)

• 1–3 years of experience in collaborative software development

• Experience with larger software development projects is a plus

• Strong Python background and solid knowledge of common databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)

• Experience using Docker and creating RESTful and well-documented APIs

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code is a plus
