We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, developing cutting-edge real-time software for inverter control. In this remote role, you'll work on safety-critical embedded systems, optimize C/C++ components, and drive innovation through automated testing and algorithm validation.

Your impact

• Develop and qualify real-time software for controlling inverters.
• Design requirements and concepts for embedded software development of real-time, safety-critical systems.
• Implement software components and module tests in C/C++.
• Optimize and integrate external and internal software components.
• Develop automated integration tests and tools for continuous integration and quality assurance.
• Create debug and analysis tools to support software development and testing.
• Ensure the quality, documentation, and approval of software components.
• Validate control and regulation algorithms on power converters

Who you are

You are analytic, independent, and reliable. You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills. In addition to that, you have the following qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development for embedded systems with real-time and safety requirements.
• Advanced programming skills in C
• Experience in documenting software requirements, architecture, and testing
• Proficiency with Git and Jira
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus
