Serve as liaison between engineering and business in translating business requirements into working code. Engineering accountability for solutions using the extended Salesforce platform. Work across all technology platforms to plan and execute integrations and microservice architectures between Salesforce.com solutions and other technology platforms. Lead technical implementation and mentor software engineers with different levels of expertise. Lead design and application development in Salesforce Clouds. Collaborate, participate in, and drive engagement within multiple Community of Practices with regards to Salesforce Clouds and API management. Oversee and improve project architectural health, including customization, security, performance, and integration. Drive consistence across the portfolio by partnering with global peers to identify re-use opportunities. Continuously improve developer experience and development lifecycle of Salesforce.com products and its integrations within globally distributed teams.
