What YOU Will Do Developing and creating computer programs, reports, and dashboards to optimize the ServiceNow software and other organization systems. Working in close collaboration with users from various departments to understand their situations and address their needs. Participating in the analysis and technical implementation of modifications related to user requests. Providing technical support and software maintenance. Ensuring application security. Resolving application-related malfunctions. Testing developed programs. Researching and analyzing problems and contributing to the search for solutions. Providing clear instructions for any modifications made. Enjoying teamwork and collaboration in achieving common goals! What YOU Will Bring Hold a Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in computer programming Have more than two years of programming experience. Knowledge of ServiceNow and languages such as Javascript, Node.js, Html, Bootstrap, and Angular is a plus. Possess an intermediate level of English proficiency. Demonstrate adaptability. Be detail-oriented, meticulous, self-reliant, efficient, and organized. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage. Proficiency in the Oracle environment is a plus.
