With its innovation and disruptive technologies, the company offers top-level aesthetic techniques that enhance consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability. The company is looking to add a Back-End Engineering Manager to the hardworking and entrepreneurial team. The Back-End C# .NET Engineering Manager will lead the backend engineering team, matrixed across Product Teams, to deliver highly scalable, high-performance products and services. Please note the role is remote but might require regular visits in the office. Key responsibilities: Lead, train, coach and supervise the team. Collaborate with heads of other departments to align the product development. Design, develop, enhance, triage, and debug Web APIs using C# and .NET Core. Ensure high code quality, documentation, and collaboration. Monitor and test systems in production to guarantee their performance and stability. And other ensuring completing the company’s objectives. To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile: Relevant University degree. 8+ years of software development experience, ideally with hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework. Experience in a small / strat up company Managerial experience managing multinational remote teams Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Fluent English and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
