The Software Integrations Developer will be a member of the Customer Solutions team and will collaborate across the company in support of our goals.
Responsibilities
· Exercise ownership of IronSight’s third-party integration capabilities, from strategic planning to tactical execution
· Transform and expand IronSight’s existing integrations into scalable, maintainable, enterprise- offerings
· Lead implementations for new and existing clients including managing schedules and stakeholders, running requirements gathering workshops, workflow mapping, data gathering, configuring, deploying, user acceptance testing, monitoring, and maintaining
· Roll-up your sleeves by writing code, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and diving deep to ensure success
Experience
· Degree/Diploma in computing science, engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer; experience as a business analyst or project manager for software implementations is an asset
· Experience in B2B SaaS organization that delivers moderate-to-complex solutions
· Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SCADA/IoT, Production Accounting systems is an asset
· Experience with API development including data architecture and access, protocol development, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools
· Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time and multiple priorities
· Strong relationship building and management skills that shine through when collaborating with clients and internal teams
