Software Technical Program Manager Software Architecture & Execution

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience and B.S. in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or relevant work experience as a technical program manager
2. Experience working in automotive space is desired, but not required
3. Experience working on software systems integration
4. Experience in vendor licensing management (if not vendor licensing, should have experience working closely with vendors)
5. Experience in Change management
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Scope & Responsibilities:

1. Manage architecture activities
   1. Work with stakeholders to define tasks and create Jira tickets for architecture activities
   2. Collaborate with domain team and track delivery of Jira tickets to completion
   3. Remove roadblocks to enable SW Engineers to continue SW development

1. Manage vendor licenses
   1. Manage vendor licenses for SW team
   2. Work with Software vendors as needed for opportunities to reduce licensing costs
   3. Forecast licensing needs for SW and SW-adjacent teams

1. Manage Execution Status
   1. Collaborate with domain teams to get the weekly execution status for all groups
   2. Ensure all teams provide accurate, real-time status on deliverables and defects on a weekly basis

1. Change Request Management
   1. Manage Change Requests impacting Software
   2. Work with software domain teams to assess & estimate Change Requests
   3. Work with software domain teams to schedule delivery plan for Change Requests
   4. Track software delivery to completion

Estimated Min Rate: $60.00
Estimated Max Rate: $90.00
