100% remote - Distributed team collaborating via Slack & other tools

Key Functions:

Pre-sales and customer proof-of-concept deployments.
Product implementation in customer environments.
Customer support and success.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes in the cloud.
In-depth knowledge of container orchestration.
Proven track record deploying Kubernetes-based products.
Active ties to the Kubernetes community (e.g., conference presentations).
Strong customer focus, excellent troubleshooting skills.
Scripting and IaC proficiency (Helm, Terraform, Ansible).

Nice to Haves:

Senior-level DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
Startup experience.
Understanding of hypervisors and virtualization.
