What's involved with this role: Up to £333.00 per day PAYE depending on experience Interim SQL Reporting MOSAIC Reference no: Calderdale 0009 A030 / 1 Pay Rate: £333.00 per day PAYE 37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours This opening assignment is for 3 months City: HALIFAX Standard DBS disclosure required Remote working It is a highly specialised and technical role and requires someone who can pump prime the delivery of the technical elements of the Reporting Strategy for the Mosaic Project. Key Responsibilities: Lead efforts in database design, development, maintenance, and management. Design, develop, and implement automated data flows to extract, transform, and join data sources for analytics and business intelligence systems. Review manual data flows and identify opportunities to develop automated data flows. Develop and maintain appropriate metadata repositories. Key requirements: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server tools, including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Advanced knowledge and experience with the Mosaic case management system and its reporting infrastructure (e.g., mapping, filters, and switches). Knowledge and skills with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BI. Experience in writing optimised queries, views, and triggers for integration with other data sources. Experience in producing relevant data models across multiple subject areas. Experience and willingness in delivering training to team members. Experience in conducting thorough testing phases. Experience in managing data dictionaries and metadata with regular maintenance and detailed record-keeping. Experience in designing and maintaining appropriate metadata repositories. Experience in designing SQL database architecture within major software platforms (e.g., Liquidlogic LCS/EHM, Servelec Synergy/Mosaic, SAP, ERP, OLM CareFirst). Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to transform, extract, manipulate, and join/match data from a variety of sources. Ability to reverse-engineer data models from a range of operational and transactional systems. Proficiency in various SQL standards (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL).
