We have an immediate need for a Sr. Analytics Solution Developer/Architect in GA. This role is a permanent position that is 100% remote, offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Target Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years experience supporting BI & Analytics solutions (with strong preference for SQL, Epic, Qlik Sense, Astrato, and/or other cloud analytics based tools).
• Expertise in creating standard or custom reports and dashboards summarizing clinical, financial, or operational data for review by executives, business managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong experience in analytics specification gathering, review, design, estimation and general planning for execution, monitoring and control.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences which includes telling Data Stories, articulating effectively business metrics, KPIs, data percentages, etc. when presenting to audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL including ability to build and maintain SQL scripts, indexes and complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
• Database development and management experience desired with ability to create indexes, functions, stored procedures, creating databases, file groups, users, configuring permissions and assigning roles to users.
• Experience serving as a mentor and advisor to BI technical resources and ability to provide general project management functions to produce BI solutions that effectively address customer’s needs.
• Healthcare BI experience supporting Health Systems, Provider Billing, and/or Health Payor organizations highly desired.
• Epic certifications in Revenue Data Model, Clinical Data Model, or Cogito Project Manager desired (but not required).
• Bachelor’s degree highly desired (but not required; additional work experience may be substituted in lieu of 4-year degree).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
