Familiarity with Java, reading or writing code.

Roles and Responsibilities: (Genesys Cloud Developer)
Responsible for development, configuration, and implementation of Genesys Cloud IVR call flows (including skills & queues), email flows, routing rules, data tables and API interactions.
Will work in tandem with the full Agile crew to understand requirements, document stories in Jira and contribute to technical documentation.
Must have leadership skills to help drive decision making and provide thought leadership and direction.
This crew supports Treasury Mgmt. division within the overall Genesys Cloud instance.
Initiatives/Projects: Genesys Cloud is client's CCaaS solution (Care Center as a Service). It is a vendor product which built on AWS and integrated into multiple client- owned applications such as EDGE (salesforce.com) and corporate banking online portal. Genesys Cloud is client IVR solution for all call centers within the company.
