Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications, ensuring

high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Serve as the technical lead for Mendix projects, providing guidance and expertise to

the development team.

Actively participate in hands-on development tasks, leveraging your expertise in

Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and associated technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical

solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development in

Mendix development best practices.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure code

quality and maintainability.

Identify technical risks and challenges, and proactively implement mitigation

strategies.

Stay updated on the latest Mendix developments, trends, and best practices, and

champion their adoption within the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and

quality assurance engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5-7 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with a proven

track record of delivering successful projects.

Strong proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and Mendix platform

capabilities.

Experience in leading Mendix development teams and guiding technical direction.

Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile

methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot

complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing

multiple priorities and deadlines.

Mendix certification(s) preferred.

Experience with other development technologies and platforms (e.g., Java, JavaScript,

SQL) is a plus.
