Job Description

Why is this role being created: We are establishing the position of Senior Web and Mobile Developer contractor to focus on building mobile features that support our objective of enhancing subscriber engagement. This role is crucial as our full-time development team lacks extensive experience in GoNative and mobile development.

Current state: The engagement of subscribers with our mobile app is currently low. Subscribers tend to download the app, use it once, and then show minimal ongoing activity. Our goal is to increase subscriber engagement to ensure the security and privacy of their personal data.

Technical Challenges: Although we currently have two developers with limited mobile experience, we require an expert web and mobile developer who can efficiently build and deliver advanced features like push notifications with speed and proficiency.

Tech Stack:

• React Native: Framework for building native mobile applications using React.
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Our primary programming languages for React development.
• Median/GoNative: Tools used to convert AIP.com into a mobile app
• Redux/Mobile: State management libraries
• Apollo/GraphQL: Network request libraries
