About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Python Developer to play a key role in the development of our client's products. You will be a technical leader, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, including code reviews and mentorship. Contribute to architectural design and technology selection. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest Python technologies and trends and advocate for their adoption. Qualifications: 10+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects. Expert-level understanding of Python and its ecosystem, including experience with various frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, RESTful APIs, microservices). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and mentor team members. Bonus Points: Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data engineering, machine learning, or AI development. Contributions to open-source projects. Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
