Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Developer who will work alongside the core management team on designing, developing, iterating and deploying complex web applications. This position is for one of our clients who is looking in full time help in deploying multiple products in the marketplace. Responsibilities: Work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with partners to bring products from inception to launch. Collect, research and document user requirements for the developing software. Help scope, design, prototype and engineer products at a fast pace. Coordinate and communicate specifications with other programming teams including help problem solve. Create various tests for the software to ensure optimum performance and quality. Help support our other group of companies and partners. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation for our end users. Requirements: Resides in Canada. Can work in the eastern time zone. 3-5 years of development experience on web applications. Has worked at an early stage (<10 engineers) startup before or been a founding member Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extensive experience in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL Comfortable with complex systems and integrations Experience in core product delivery is a huge plus. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information: This position is a contract position. Remote and flexible hours. Full-time (40 hours per week).
