Role Overview
About the Position
SAINT Corporation develops, markets and sells IT security software and services. The position is for a Software Developer who will:
investigate technical requirements,
Identify product designs/specifications,
Develop software solutions.
Successful candidates must have 5+ years of web-based application design and development experience on a Linux platform.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have prior experience in full-stack web application development.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience with Python, PHP, and JavaScript in a Linux environment
Familiar with common Layer content formats, such as HTML, XML, CSS, etc.
Experience with modern web service technologies a plus – i.e., AJAX, JSON, RESTful architectures, etc.
Experience with SQL and relational database management system

Required Education
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and training.
5+ years of experience with Linux
Good To Have
Experience with jQuery and PHP MVC frameworks such as Yii
Experience with MySQL, Postgres, and SQLalchemy ORM for Python
Experience with Perl and C programming languages
Technical understanding of basic web application security pitfalls, such as SQL injection and cross site scripting
Experience with vulnerability scanners
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
