We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AWS, React JS, TypeScript, database design, software architecture and design, mobile app development, AI/ML, and SaaS development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be passionate about building high-quality software solutions, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands on, and collaborative environment. This position is initially offered as a full-time contract, with early stock options available from day one, which will vest according to specific milestones. Additionally, it includes an annual bonus and paid time off. As we expand and scale, you will have the chance to bring your ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software applications. Implement front-end applications using React JS and TypeScript. Utilize AWS services to build and manage cloud-based solutions. Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code and reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability. Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store and manage data effectively. Mentor and manage junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support. Work with engineering and product development team that is globally distributed The ideal candidate will also be adept at managing a continuous flow of data from end users and is comfortable working in a dynamic setting where product cycles and turnarounds can occur weekly, if not daily. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). AI/ML experience Healthcare experience Expertise in React JS and TypeScript. Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles. Experience with database design and optimization. Proven experience in SaaS development and deployment. Experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in design and development products for healthcare industry Knowledge of healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7 Certification in AWS or other relevant technologies.
