Sr. Staff Product Designer - Conversational AI (Remote) We are looking for a Sr. Staff Product Designer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for working across multiple DT products, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform how employees engage with cutting-edge conversational AI solutions. This is a 6-month contract (extension or conversion to FTE is possible). 40 hours per week remote role in the US. This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: Lead large, cross-product initiatives to deliver innovative conversational AI experiences that set new standards for employee engagement and productivity. Develop and drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences and design frameworks tailored to conversational AI technologies. Provide strategic vision and leadership for collaborative efforts across multidisciplinary teams, elevating the impact and visibility of conversational AI experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert in conversational AI, influencing product strategies while advocating for user-centered design principles. Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence Requirements: 10+ years of relevant design experience. Expertise in designing for conversational AI technologies, including virtual assistants, chatbots, NLP/NLU, LLMs, or related fields. A portfolio demonstrating innovative and effective product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys, particularly in conversational AI. Proven experience producing high-fidelity specifications for scalable design systems and frameworks. Strong advocacy for design value, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Track record of improving design processes across organizations. Experience in full product development lifecycles for web and software applications. Familiarity with prompt engineering and its application in conversational AI solutions and the underlying technology is a major plus.
