Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior UI Developer with strong Angular expertise to lead the development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. This role requires deep front-end development experience, focusing on delivering high-quality, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate excels in building dynamic UIs, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensures seamless integration with back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of responsive UIs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to translate design and functional requirements into technical implementation plans.
• Build, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular.
• Develop reusable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs into the UI seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for various devices.
• Take ownership of project components, accurately estimating tasks and managing timelines.
• Anticipate potential risks, optimize performance, and maintain code quality.
• Ensure adherence to production standards and seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Utilize Git for version control, including branching, merging, and rebasing.
• Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Angular (v15+), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and Git version control.
• Experience with building and maintaining reusable UI components and libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/adaptive design.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-performance front-end development.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Bonus: WordPress experience and familiarity with migrating WordPress applications into an Angular tech stack.

Work Location:

• This is a remote position with travel to our client site in Birmingham, AL for 2-3 days a month required.
• Ability to attend occasional in-office team meetings is needed when the team gathers for collaboration.
• A strong team collaboration mindset is essential.
