Job Title: SSRS and Power BI Developer/Tester

Location: Remote

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent Hire

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in SSRS and Power BI report development and data visualization.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SSRS for creating, managing, and modifying reports.
o Strong experience in Power BI for creating dashboards, DAX functions, and data transformations.
o Advanced skills in SQL for querying and data manipulation within SSRS and Power BI environments.
o Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases.
Preferred Skills:
o Experience in migrating SSRS reports to Power BI, including handling differences in report structures and functionality.
o Knowledge of Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power BI service features.
o Understanding of report optimization techniques for large datasets.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management is a plus.
Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos) is advantageous.
