Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Frontend Developer with a robust background in React and Next.JS, and a keen interest in Generative AI and LLMs. In this critical role, you will be a key player in our end-to-end AI-driven platform, mastering and enhancing our frontend systems. Your efforts will directly influence the user experience and interface of our product, embedding generative AI technologies to provide disruptive solutions to our users. Collaborating closely with our talented team, you will lead the charge towards innovative, technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of frontend solutions for our AI-driven platform.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate user requirements into robust technical implementations.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, and security, leveraging your expertise to drive excellence in the frontend.

• Drive continuous innovation, integrating new features and optimizing existing functionalities for maximum efficiency.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless system operations.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise in React/Next.JS, with a strong portfolio of projects.

• Heavy experience in SaaS platforms.

• A minimum of 10 years in frontend development or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make immediate impacts on projects.

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and Vector Databases, demonstrating an ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into web solutions.

• Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, Llama Index, and Agentic AI Frameworks.

• Knowledge of backend technologies, particularly Python, is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
