Qualifications 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. Proven track record of leading technical teams and designing scalable, secure, and efficient architectures. Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, AWS), with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems. Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering alignment across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven expertise in driving the integration of AI code assistants to elevate development productivity and code quality at scale, with strategic oversight and hands-on experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, RooCode, or RooCline. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), best practices, and coding standards, with the ability to enforce and promote them across teams.
