What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: At least 7 years of software development experience 2+ years acting as a technical leader Proven experience with the development, scaling, and maintenance of distributed systems Proven experience with warehouse automation or fulfillment operations machinery integration Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architectural design, and agile development methodologies Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently on complex issues Practical communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
