Requirements:
Currently studying or recently graduated in structural/civil engineering
Strong understanding of structural assessment principles and regulations
Ability to prepare clear, concise reports with photos and recommendations
Availability to visit the property and complete the assessment as soon as possible (or comfortable performing a face-time consult if out of the Dunedin area)
