We are now looking for a
Summer Trainee, KONE Manufacturing development team
to work with Global Manufacturing development team in manufacturing execution system (MES) and production process documentation from factory goods receiving to shipping. You will be part of team in Hyvinkää, Finland.
We also provide possibility for remote working during selected weekdays, expecting weekly presence at Hyvinkää site.
We are looking for a student with ongoing studies (3+ year student /studies) to work for 3 months between May and September 2025, based on availability and preference.
Your tasks will be in manufacturing domain to collect and create process and system documentation and training materials for factory teams by using AI & LLM tools. This will be excellent opportunity to learn work in multinational environment with new emerging technologies.
You will get a unique opportunity see in detail how manufacturing processes are defined and working in a world class elevator & escalator manufacturing environment.
In order to be successful in this role, you preferably have
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and factory environment
- Experience from using AI & LLM tools (Microsoft Copilot preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Capability to write technical training documentation
- Good knowledge of MS office tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
