What You'll Do: Develop and Deliver: Create engaging training materials for our bespoke systems, such as Depotnet. Deliver in-person and remote sessions to diverse audiences. Content Creation: Design innovative training content, from videos to interactive e-learning modules. Systems Support: Provide essential training on data protection, cybersecurity, and office applications, as well as our in-house systems. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with IT and operational teams to stay updated on system changes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide ongoing support. Travel: Embark on frequent UK-wide journeys to deliver consistent, high-quality training. Requirements Proven experience in IT training, ideally with field-based workflow systems. A knack for explaining complex topics in simple terms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational and attention-to-detail abilities. A willingness to travel extensively. Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, and office application training (preferred).
