WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will step into a senior individual contributor role where you blend deep technical expertise with team leadership to drive the successful delivery of product features in an Agile environment. You will provide architectural guidance, define coding standards, and champion best practices for scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - keeping the team focused and aligned. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Design, Architecture, DevOps, AI, and QA to align priorities and trade-offs. You will actively contribute to the codebase and take on complex engineering challenges - leading by example with clean, efficient, and testable code. You will own and promote CI/CD pipelines, observability standards, and incident management for production readiness. You will identify workflow inefficiencies and champion improvements to boost developer experience and team velocity. You will promote a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement, serving as a team catalyst. Rapid development opportunities, attractive performance bonuses, and the opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills and business expertise Step into a stable, forward-looking role within a dynamic scale-up poised to shape the fast-growing Security & Compliance industry WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO STRIVE IN YOUR NEW POSITION At least 8 years of web development as a full-stack developer At least 2 years of experience as a technical leader Strong foundation as a full-stack engineer Deep understanding of server-side technologies and distributed systems We are primarily focused on JavaScript/React/Vue.js for the frontend and Java for the backend. Experience with any of these or similar technologies is helpful: Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Git, and Continuous Integration (GitLab CI). Desire to work at a startup with a fast-paced environment and experience with Agile methodologies Fluency in English Language (German is a plus) A university degree in Computer Science or a similar educational background is a plus LAST BUT NOT LEAST.
