Your mission

As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the daily technical operations of one of our product squads, consisting of 3-5 developers. You’ll guide the team in building and scaling our product while ensuring the highest technical standards. You will be the key point of contact for your development team, collaborating closely with the product manager and product designer to ensure we are delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. • Lead the technical execution of your squad’s day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth delivery of features.
• Act as a mentor and coach for your team of 3-5 developers, helping them grow their technical skills and stay motivated.
• Guide the team through technical challenges and provide hands-on assistance when needed.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to break down user stories and ensure the technical feasibility of features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team is following best practices and maintaining high code quality.
• Ensure technical decisions align with product goals while keeping scalability and maintainability in mind.
• Actively participate in hands-on development, contributing to the codebase alongside your team.
• Continuously optimize development workflows and processes to improve efficiency and support our growth.

Your profile

• Proven experience in guiding and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Strong experience with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based architectures and scalable systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide a team through complex technical challenges.
• You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in German (native level) and English (B2/C1 level).
• Passion for environmental protection and sustainability is a plus.
