Known for thier innovative solutions and revolutionizing their industry, the company is now seeking a Global Technical Recruiter to drive the high-volume recruitment of technical roles across all global regions, including Engineering, Data Science, and corporate during a period of rapid growth!  The Leaders This role reports directly to the Senior HRBP and involves close collaboration with hiring managers across the globe. As a key player in the HR team, you will partner with engineering leaders and other senior stakeholders to attract the best tech talent for this rapidly scaling global business. The Opportunity As the Global Technical Recruiter, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on high-volume hiring needs across regions including Australia, the US and Manila. You'll leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent while collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. This is a fully remote role with a focus on speed, efficiency, and maintaining high-quality candidate experiences. Key responsibilities will include: Leading full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT across global teams. Managing high-volume requisitions with a fast turnaround, ensuring quality and consistency. Partnering with hiring managers to write compelling, role-specific job ads. Conducting technical screening interviews to evaluate skillsets and cultural fit. Building and maintain a strong talent pool of tech candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinating hiring manager interviews and manage the candidate feedback process. Preparing and extend competitive job offers aligned with global standards. Ensuring compliance with global employment laws, privacy regulations, and diversity & inclusion practices. Facilitating background checks and support onboarding in collaboration with the HR and People Operations teams Identifying opportunities to streamline recruitment through automation and process improvements. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, HR, People Operations) to understand hiring needs.    About You To excel in this role, you will bring experience managing high-volume technical recruitment, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or product-led environment. You should be comfortable working in a global, fast-paced setting, managing multiple requisitions, and collaborating across teams. Strong knowledge of technical roles like Engineering and Data Science, paired with the ability to assess technical skills, is essential as well as experience recruiting across the US and Manila. You will succeed in this role if you have: Proven experience in high-volume tech recruitment, ideally within SaaS or fintech industries. A strong understanding of technical roles (Engineering, Data Science) and the ability to assess technical skills. The ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced global environment. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever), recruitment metrics, and automation tools.
