Title: Technical Business Analyst with AI/ML Experience Location: 100% remote Duration: 6 months contract Candidates need to be on Sligo W2, Looks for USC/GC/L2ED, GC EAD. Must have: Strong business analysis, Experience working on ML or AI Projects and Stakeholder Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Jira, Trello, Confluence, and MS Office. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Act as the main point of contact for clients to understand their objectives and translate them into functional specifications. Requirement Analysis: Analyze business challenges and identify ML opportunities that align with the client s needs. Translate complex ML concepts into understandable requirements for non-technical stakeholders. Define use cases, workflows, and wireframes to illustrate the functionality of ML solutions. Project Coordination: Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of ML models and solutions. Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and technical documentation as needed. Develop and maintain documentation for ML project scope, workflows, and deliverables. Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate ML models and ensure they meet business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with deliverables. Insights and Communication: Communicate ML results and model performance metrics in business-friendly terms to stakeholders. Deliver presentations and reports highlighting the business value of ML solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, workflows, and terminologies (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation). Ability to interpret ML-related deliverables such as datasets, model outputs, and algorithms. Business Analysis Skills: Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication. Expertise in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. Project Management: Experience managing ML or data science projects using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office). Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Prior experience working on ML or AI projects in a business analyst role. Basic knowledge of data science workflows, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
