Wolfram Research Europe Ltd are looking for a high energy, tech savy individual with programming experience, for this full time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to develop high level programming skills with cutting edge technology, whilst working on diverse and interesting technical projects.
Reporting to : Technical Director
Responsibilities:
Writing code for internal and customer projects such as data analysis, interface creation, visualizations and other computational problems
Providing technical expertise to our sales teams at customer meetings
Delivering technical presentations and workshops for number of internal company events and external events
Working closely with our Technical Communications Strategy group to create Mathematica materials to support the sales teams and our European reseller group
Delivering Mathematica training both at our European Head office and at customer sites
Giving technical product presentations to groups at customer sites and at general seminars throughout Europe
Qualifications:
Degree educated (mathematical, computer science or scientific background preferred)
Programming skill in any language (Java / Javascript / SQL / Python - Essential)
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience using Mathematica (desirable)
A breadth of interest in science, engineering and technology
Capable of working to different deadlines often on multiple projects
Able to use initiative and problem solve

This is a contracted role until 31st December 2025 with the possibility to become permanent.
