What You’ll Do Write clear, technical documentation including API references, getting started guides, and developer tutorials. Create engaging blog articles and case studies that showcase real-world applications of Iron Software products. Develop concise, SEO-optimized technical content for our website, focusing on solutions for .NET developers. Collaborate with engineers to understand product features and communicate them effectively to a developer audience. Contribute to video scripts, FAQs, and support content to enhance customer experience. Keep documentation up to date with new product features and releases. What We’re Looking For Technical writing experience (1+ years preferred) OR a strong developer background with excellent writing skills. Proficiency in .NET and C# (you should be able to write and explain code examples). Familiarity with Markdown, Git, or API documentation tools is a plus. Understanding of SEO for technical content is a bonus. Strong research skills to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
