Technical Customer Support Representative - Remote Work (Eastern Time Zone)
Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Technical Customer Support Representative to join the team.
Key Notes:
• This role includes a strong emphasis on Field Service Technician responsibilities to support the launch of new products
• Travel is required for on-site support, vendor visits, and customer implementations.
Job Description:
• Respond to service tickets via Eitan Medical's Service Portal
• Approve user registrations and manage users across multiple platforms.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for all products and applications
• Answer customer support calls and follow through until complete resolution within 24 hours
• Site implementation support (potential on-site travel)
• Confirm warranty status and approve warranty invoices
• Manage RMA process devices
• Escalation of customer complaints and clinical questions
• Manage project progress and milestones to meet deadlines
• Assist with management of level 2 vendors
Requirements
Education:
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• BMET or other technical certification (advantage)
• Job skills:
• Action-oriented, results-oriented, 'take charge' attitude.
• Remote Dial In / Phone Support Skill Sets
• IT Skills - Diagnosing / Troubleshooting / Resolving IT and Technical Issues
• Organizational Skills
• Strong teaching skills to educate and empower customers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to travel for on-site visits to vendors and customers - Must
Computer skills:
• Microsoft windows (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
• SAP, Medical Device and Saleforce.com experience a plus
