This role is remote, but you must live in a MST or PST time zone. The position is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals for software engineering positions
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
