Technical Security Specialist, Perm Hamilton Hybrid Excellent Team & Company to work with The Company One of the most wonderful organizations in the Waikato is seeking a special person to join their Security team. The Role You will be working in a small but very important team of three including you. About 50% of this role will be consulting with software developers to review their solutions in alignment with best practices and policies. Helping them to problem solve and guide them to solutions will be a very important part of your role. This is a hybrid role, with some on-call work once every three weeks which can be done from the comfort of your own home. 2 Days in office. The other half will be around the infrastructure and ensuring you have a good handle on the threat landscape. They are cloud based so having an good understanding of serverless infrastructure will be important. It would be great if you have an OSCP and a networking background as you will also be working heavily with firewall approvals and reviews. Key Skills: Hands on technically sound, strong experience Very strong in the reviews, solutions and stakeholder management Strong at Vulnerability management Strong SecOps background Knowledge of networking, strong at firewalls and reviews.
