Job Summary MapleCraft Engineers is currently looking for a Technical Support Representative, 100% remote, for our call center. The Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 7PM . What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and field engineers requiring technical support. Diagnose and resolve issues related to engineering software, internal applications, and project management tools. Provide guidance on the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of proprietary MapleCraft software and hardware integrations. Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our knowledge base. Educate clients and team members on best practices for using MapleCrafts tools and systems. Identify opportunities to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback. Assist in training new team members on software troubleshooting and technical support processes. Participate in continuous learning and stay up to date with new technologies relevant to the civil engineering and IT sectors. What You'll Need to Succeed: At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, help desk, or call center environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers and internal teams. Proficiency in IT systems, including troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based platforms, and engineering-related software. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patience and clarity in explanations.
