MapleCraft Engineers is currently looking for a Technical Support Representative, 100% remote, for our call center. The Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 7PM . Candidates must be willing to work a flexible 40-hour work week.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and field engineers requiring technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to engineering software, internal applications, and project management tools.
• Provide guidance on the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of proprietary MapleCraft software and hardware integrations.
• Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our knowledge base.
• Educate clients and team members on best practices for using MapleCrafts tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
• Assist in training new team members on software troubleshooting and technical support processes.
• Participate in continuous learning and stay up to date with new technologies relevant to the civil engineering and IT sectors.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, help desk, or call center environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based platforms, and engineering-related software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patience and clarity in explanations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
