Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This position is currently On-Site. Responsibilities Interact with physicians, technologists, IT personnel and administrative staff at hospitals, medical practices, imaging centers, research facilities and more to: Handle customer inquiries Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​Qualifications: TCP/IP Networking Experience with installing applications in a Windows environment Ability to use remote access tools Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Follows guidelines for technical troubleshooting Knowledge of Linux and SQL basic queries is a PLUS Prompt, effective problem-solving is essential to performing well in this role. The position requires the ability to work independently to remotely support a web application, and install, upgrade and troubleshoot client software. Knowledge of Windows networking is essential, and experience with medical imaging and DICOM networking a bonus. Experience with a ticketing system also beneficial. PACS, HL7, DICOM and/or medical imaging workflow experience a plus. Must be willing to work a shift that ranges from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Please submit your resume to be considered for this position.
