Handle escalated customer support issues, reproducing them to determine if there is a bug. Triage bugs to the appropriate developer, assisting in reproducing them in a test environment when necessary. Work with Python and/or JavaScript code to fix bugs independently. Review text-based log files containing technical information, such as JSON or XML, to troubleshoot issues. Patch production systems as needed. Reproduce customer-reported issues, including those that are intermittent or complex to replicate. Voice disagreements rather than keeping them to yourself. We need all opinions to be on the table in order to make the best decision. Be able to uncover, and focus on, what's really important in a complex environment with many distractions.
